I stayed here while on a work trip. It did the job, but they were not as helpful as they could be with requests. The breakfast and room service were ok. Lovely reception area. In the heart of the commercial district.

The room was big and clean. Friendly staffs. Location was great with just walking distances to kingdom tower, malls, Starbucks, and many famous restaurants. Really enjoy stayed for 3 nights here. i will come again.

the hotel is very nice they upgraded my room to junior suite and the room was very big, the service was very good and the location was in the middle of the town and beside many restaurants and the breakfast was ok , i think that i will go there again

Well, since it is the first time visiting Riyadh, KSA. This place is quite average, nothing special, however regarding to the room in classical one room type, it is looks just like people taking time afternoon having with some mate. However, I have tool switched superior room, it is quite big and decent, with a small couch, because they do not offer double room with two people, my brother and I separately stay in different room with go-thru door. However, breakfast is quite boring but it is quite enough for everyone but do not expect too much.

The truth is this hotel is far from boutique. Complaints all listen to in one ear and go out the other. The fixtures and fittings although may not be that old have dated seriously and have not been maintained. To imagine it has four stars on the wall from the Saudi tourism commission is a tragedy. I will be writing to inform them of the deterioration of the facilities. Although the location at one time would have been sought after due to the Metro and the constant roadworks on Olaya, no longer warrants the cost of staying there based upon service and quality of the above. There have been many complaints on here in the form of reviews and yet none of those issues have been addressed so I experienced them all from dirty bed linen to the disgusting this repair of the bathrooms in the room which is of a good size. It is sad to see that basic maintenance cannot be carried out even after you have shown them what to do. Indeed it is not the customers job to do so I have pictures of black mould in the shower which I had to have removed by pointing it out with pictures. A basic working shower which would give you your morning invigoration is part and parcel of any stay in any hotel. It is sad to say that although the manager whom I had dealings with had many years experience which he bragged of E was unable to have staff attend to these basics. The cherry on the cake was having them try to make us check out before our allocated time of 1 PM by contacting us to check out at 11!! Such poor customer service and facilities mean it is not worth going and staying there. The idea of customer service is the copy and paste answers on this website.
